 Can we order parts from Creative Stairs?
Yes, we sell parts as well as install stairs.
What should I bring to my initial Consultation?
Blue prints, line drawings, pictures, and
measurements, anything that will help us determine
what you need.
How long does the selection process take?
The selection process can be an hour for a
traditional stair, or longer for custom designs.
How long does it take to get our Stair or Rail?
Once you have accepted your proposal and put a
deposit down, we will give you an installation date.
What types of woods can we use?
Our base wood is select red oak, however we can get
White Oak, Birch, Natural Maple, Select White Maple,
American Cherry, Brazilian Cherry, Hickory,
Mahogany, and other woods.
What types of stairs do you do?
We can do any type of stair.
Do you finish the stair or do we?
We install all of our stairs in raw wood, the only
thing that we install finished is our metal
balusters and that is after you pick a finish.
Do you do Residential, Commercial, or industrial
stairs?
We do Residential, Commercial and Industrial stairs.
Do you do new construction and remodeling or
restoration?
Yes, Creative Stairs will do all of the above.
